Soula Paws uses the minimum browser storage necessary to run the service. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell data derived from cookies or local storage.
1. What we use
Essential session storage: a signed authentication token stored in your browser's local storage keeps you signed in securely. It is strictly necessary — the app cannot function without it.
Preference storage: small values that remember interface choices on your device, including whether you have dismissed our cookie notice banner.
We do not set third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. Third-party cookies during checkout
When you subscribe, you are taken to Stripe's secure checkout, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing under Stripe's privacy policy.
3. Managing storage
You can clear local storage and cookies anytime in your browser settings. Clearing them signs you out but never deletes your Soula Paws account data.
Because we only use strictly necessary storage, no cookie-consent banner is required in most jurisdictions — but we keep this notice available for full transparency.
